Alan Pearson of FHP Property Consultants commented:

“The property occupies a prime position in Chesterfield between the Vicar Lane and Pavements Shopping Centres, opposite the market place.  Chesterfield continues to be a strong market town with a low vacancy rate and considerable interest was shown in the subject premises.  We are delighted to have secured Pandora, a new retailer for Chesterfield as part of their national expansion.  Pandora will prove an excellent addition to an already strong retail mix for Chesterfield in a deal that was secured within three months of going to market”.

Stephen Kane & Company acted on behalf of Pandora.
