PARKER HANNIFIN RELOCATE TO NEW PRIDE PARK OFFICES

Acting on behalf of private clients, joint agents FHP Property Consultants and Raybould and Sons have successfully completed the letting of 4 Riverside Court to Parker Hannifin. Parker Hannifin have taken a long-term lease of the 4,441ft² office building.

Parker Hannifin is the world’s leading manufacturer of motion controlled technologies and systems, providing precision engineer solutions for a wide variety of commercial, mobile, industrial and aerospace markets.

The Derby office will be home to Parker Hannifin’s local Parker Aerospace team.  The new location provides extensive meeting room and business support facilities to enable business to be conducted efficiently and comfortably within easy reach of their local clients. Co-located with Parker Aerospace is Parker Hannifin’s Fluid Connectors team.
