Acting on behalf of private landlords following on the recent sale of 28 Middlegate, FHP Property Consultants Limited have now completed the letting of the property to Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Limited for a term of 10 years subject to tenants break clause after 5 years at a rental of £27,500 pax.
