Acting on behalf of a private landlord, FHP Property Consultants have let Unit 3, 25 High Road, Beeston to mobile phone operator Phones 4 U on a new 10 year effectively full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £35,000 per annum.

The premises which comprise 1,898ft² ground floor sales were previously occupied by Dorothy Perkins, who in keeping with a number of Arcadia Group companies, have been rationalising their store representation throughout the UK and decided not to renew their lease upon expiry.

Mark Bradley of FHP, who represented the private landlord commented:-

Following the decision by Dorothy Perkins not to renew their lease, I was pleased to secure a letting to Phones 4 U in a relatively short timescale at a rental in excess of that which the former tenant was prepared to offer and to an operator which is more likely to thrive in the current economic climate.”
