PRACTICAL COMPLETION ALMOST ACHIEVED AT SECURIPARC IN ALFRETON

I am thrilled to announce that practical completion for Phase 3 Securiparc, Alfreton will be March 2020.  There are 3 new build industrial units available on a leasehold basis.  All units are made of steel portal frame construction and will be completed to an excellent specification with 7m eaves.

Phase 3 Securiparc is situated on Wimsey Way in Alfreton on a secure and fenced site which has excellent access to the A38 dual carriageway and onwards to Junction 28 of the M1.  Individual units are available from 125m² (1,347ft²) and can be combined to meet larger size requirements.
