The Property Management Department at FHP Property Consultants are pleased to announce that they have been appointed to manage the recently refurbished office space on Pilcher Gate in Nottingham on behalf of a private client.

33 Pilcher Gate presents a grand stone masonry frontage, expanding over 5-storeys, including the basement, comprising 9,041 ft² of office accommodation.  The offices surround a private, enclosed courtyard within the central core of the building.

Rob Spencer, the Director in charge of the Property Management Department at FHP commented:-

 “We were approached by the Client to provide a full management and maintenance service to complement the building, following FHP’s successful agency.  FHP is excited about our future of involvement with historic and modernised space, having already been heavily involved with the co-ordination of the fit-out works.  We are enthusiastic applying our knowledge and experience to ensure the continual excellence of the office space and continue to deliver quality for the tenants.”

FHP will be providing property and asset management services for the building, for the retained client.  The building will be fully occupied by December 2014, and is located in the city centre benefiting from a number of amenities including parking and shops, as well as access to leisure facilities in the immediate area.
