As a result of the forthcoming relocation and expansion of Marks Electrical, Tim Gilbertson of FHP is pleased to confirm the sale of Unit 5, Walker Road at Bardon.

In Leicestershire’s prime distribution and industrial location, just off Junction 22 of the M1 Motorway, Unit 5, Walker Road, Bardon has been sold to a local company for their own expansion.

This deal shows the strength of the Bardon market as the building sold offers a rare chance to buy a modern unit just off the M1 in the East Midlands.

Fear not though, we still have other units available on the estate again as a result of the expansion and relocation of our client with options ranging from 6,500ft² through to 18,500ft².

The owner of Mark’s Electrical, Mark Smithson commented:
