Fisher Hargreaves Proctor and heb have been instructed by Elor Holdings Limited to market a new restaurant unit at Enfield Chambers, off Low Pavement in Nottingham.

David Hargreaves confirmed that the property will provide 3,680 sq ft of accommodation together with a courtyard for external seating.

Steve Young of FHP added: “This is a prime location opposite Marks & Spencer and adjacent to Slug & Lettuce, Caffé Uno and Paul Smith.”

The restaurant will benefit from excellent day time trade, but also be part of the night time circuit.

Jonathan Emmerson of heb confirmed that the quoting rent is £75,000 per annum and that the unit will be available for occupation from the end of May.
