David Hargreaves of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has been instructed on behalf of Orchid Group to dispose of the former Prohibition unit in the Lace Market.

The property, which is in a prime location, is offered on a freehold basis and is fully fitted out.

The property totals 10,000 sq ft and is on the circuit located between Pitcher & Piano, Living Room and La Tasca, Piccolino, Ha! Ha! and Yo! Sushi.

The property sits directly opposite the new Nottingham Contemporary Art Gallery which was opened approximately 12 months ago at a cost of £28 million.
