FHP are pleased to be appointed as managing agents on the office development known as Midland House located adjacent to Derby Railway Station.  The property has recently been purchased by Great Start Limited, who are keen to appoint local managing agents with a proven track record of delivering well managed services at a level of cost which is competitive within the market place.

Midland House comprises approximately 50,000ft² of office space, being occupied by Balfour Beatty and Signalling Solutions.

Rob Spencer, Partner in charge of the Property Management Department commented that “Following on from our appointment as Managing Agents in respect of the new Derby Riverlights scheme, this is our second significant City Centre management instruction within the last 18 months, and we are actively looking for more instructions of this magnitude within Derby”.
