FHP Property Consultants are pleased to confirm instruction as sole agents for The Octagon Shopping Centre in Burton on Trent on behalf of Belgate Estates.

The Octagon Shopping Centre comprises 151,000ft² of retail space with anchors including Asda, TK Maxx, Iceland and One Beyond and benefits from 770 dedicated customer parking spaces.

Vacancies in the scheme are minimal, however there are currently opportunities for retail units in the main mall ranging from 1,000ft² to 1,600ft² of ground floor sales.
