FHP’s Commercial Management team, together with the landlord, Hillary’s Commercial Limited, are pleased to announce the completed redevelopment of our site at 4–6 Low Pavement, located in Nottingham City Centre.

The Grade II listed property had remained vacant since 2023. It has now undergone a substantial refurbishment to provide four apartments across the first and second floors, along with a newly modernised commercial unit spanning the ground floor and basement.
