FHP Property Consultants are delighted to have announced the sale of the former Simpkin & Icke premises on Glaisdale Drive in the Bilborough area of Nottingham.

The property provides warehousing, production and office accommodation with a gross internal area of 28,000ft².  The property was marketing on a joint agency basis by FHP and Savills.
