SCREWFIX INVESTMENT SOLD ON CROWN PARK

Anthony Barrowcliffe of FHP Property Consultants on behalf of Clowes Developments is pleased to announce the completion of the off market investment sale of Unit B2, Crown Park on Parcel Terrace in Derby which provides a securely let industrial investment let to Screwfix.

FHP Property Consultants acted on behalf of Clowes Developments, the vendor, with Will Torr of HEB Chartered Surveyors acting on behalf of the purchaser, Bassi Properties Limited.

Crown Park is made up of five new build units ranging from 2,508ft² to 7,696ft.  The estate is situated just off the A516 Uttoxeter New Road which provides rapid access to both the centre of Derby and the A38.

Anthony Barrowcliffe who brokered the deal commented:
