SHERWOOD PARK SUCCESS – MODERN WAREHOUSE LET AT JUNCTION 27 OF THE M1

Stock shortages throughout the region have seen good quality space in demand, exemplified by the latest deal completed by Tim Gilbertson of FHP.

Acting on behalf of long term clients, Tim Gilbertson commented:

“We are delighted to complete on this latest deal for long term clients here which sees good quality modern warehousing space of 11,000ft² let to expanding distribution company H Beardsley.  We wish them well with their growth in the region.

This good quality unit created interest from day one of our marketing and it is great to see an expanding company take additional space whilst also obviously serving our client’s needs of a quick deal with a long term lease secured.

Stock remains a real issue along the M1 Corridor in the East Midlands and further afield as well, and with further deals to be announced shortly close by, demand has remained consistent over the quarter despite the travails in the wider world.

Hopefully though continued demand will be encountered in the coming months when eventually, we all hope, Brexit will be resolved one way or the other.

In the meantime though it’s a positive message I can give, demand for space continues and the biggest issue is the lack of opportunities rather than the lack of occupiers.”
