Solo Support Services, a company which provides an alternative to traditional domiciliary care agencies, has recently completed on new office at 20 Central Avenue, West Bridgford directly above Carluccio’s.
The 1,534ft² open plan office space which entered the market upon the current tenant vacating in June 2017. Chris Proctor of FHP began marketing the property and had a deal agreed within 1 and half months of marketing the property. The current tenants moved out on the 20th June and Solo Support Services moved in 5 working days later.
