Specialist Advisors Limited (SA) have recently completed on the purchase of The Old School House in the Lace Market in a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants.
SA, which provides global marketing and specialist consultancy services to the financial services industry, has created 10 new full-time jobs at its new Nottingham base, in addition to several part-time consultancy roles.
The Old School House is a typical architecturally pleasing Lace Market building accommodating 1,366ft² over 3 storeys with a mixture of original brick walls and modern high-quality office specification recently refurbished to a high standard.
