Acting on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management, Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has let the premises at 29/31 Upper Parliament Street to Laidir Leisure Limited t/a Power House Fitness.

The premises comprise circa 1,946 ft² and are arranged over ground floor and first floor.

The new tenants have taken a ten year a lease subject to five year break at a commencing rent of £40,000 per annum.

Steve Young of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

“I am delighted that we have been able to secure a strong multiple retailer for this unit which we feel will enhance the tenant mix of the Elite Building.  This unit is of challenging trading configuration and consequently, we always envisaged that it would be a destinational retailer who would secure the premises.”

John Lally of Power House Fitness commented:-

“We are pleased to have secured these premises so that we can relocate from our existing store at Fisher gate point. Powerhouse Fitness has been in Nottingham for a number of years now and its profile is not as strong as we want due to our secondary location. We are very excited that the new more prime Elite Building location will rectify this and enable us to be the major provider of all Nottingham’s fitness needs now and in the future.”
