Acting on behalf of private clients, the Nottingham Office of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are pleased to confirm the sale of former production space at The Twitchell, close to the centre of Sutton in Ashfield.  This unusual opportunity provided older style production or potential storage space close to the centre of Sutton which was available to purchase.

Pleasingly, at a time when sales are proving difficult to conclude, this deal has now crossed the line, and sees the expansion of local operators Acorn Garden who will use the building for their base for further expansion.
