Alan Pearson, Associate Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, is delighted to announce a further letting in Westfield Derby to Iceland Frozen Foods.  This represents the 20^th deal concluded within the scheme this year, which demonstrates the continuing interest in Derby as a retailing location.

Iceland has taken an amalgamation of 27 and 29 Albion Walk, situated in close proximity to Sainsburys and the Eagle Market.   The Iceland store comprises of 9,726ft² and has been let on a new 10 year lease with the store scheduled to open on 24^th November.

“The letting to Iceland Foods represents a good addition to the food provision within Derby and Westfield Derby in particular.  The addition of Iceland should drive footfall on this mall, which is already one of the busiest and already benefited from the opening of Derby Bus Station in March, only a 3 minute walk from the Albion Street entrance.”
