Acting on behalf of retained clients The Pudding Pantry, FHP Property Consultants are pleased to confirm the acquisition of 83 High Road in Beeston for their third site.

The new site provides over 2,500ft² of accommodation over ground floor and features a main sales floor/café, kitchen, and a rear function room.  The Pudding Pantry have completely overhauled the property and carried out an extensive and impressive fit out.

The Pudding Pantry is a hugely popular independent café specialising in puddings, cakes, pancakes and brunch.  They have an established and growing following with over 25,000 across social media.

Their journey started in 2014 with the opening of their first site in Nottingham City Centre, which was followed by the second site in Nottingham suburb Sherwood in 2018 which has an inhouse bakery.

FHP began working with The Pudding Pantry in late 2019 after showing them round several properties which were not suitable.  Oliver Marshall at FHP comments:

“I showed The Pudding Pantry around several properties and although none were right, I was able to gain a good understanding of exactly what they were looking for.  Given our knowledge of the market we set about teaming up.  We carried out several trips to different locations on the hunt and eventually came across 83 High Road – a dilapidated old pub on Beeston’s Pedestrianised High Road.”

Anthony Quinn of The Pudding Pantry said:

“We are thrilled with how it has come together and are proud of what we have been able to achieve.  Beeston is an ideal fit for us, the High Street is still very busy and there is investment being made by the council with the new cinema.  There is a real mixed demographic from students to professionals and families.         

 Working with FHP has been great.  They were able to understand our key requirements and source several sites, they guided us through and got the best terms for us.”
