THREE NEW TENANTS ARRIVE ON ALFRETON ROAD WITH LETTINGS FROM FISHER HARGREAVES PROCTOR

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have agreed the letting of three retail units on Alfreton Road.  The properties are managed and let by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor on behalf Castle Cavendish.

The lettings included:- 

86 Alfreton Road

Let to Go Digit All, a charity that specialises in giving young black people skills in computers. The deal agreed was a five year lease and the tenant will pay a rent of £14.07 per ft² in year one, increasing to £20.93 in year three.  The rent is stepped from £6,000 in year one to £8,400 in year three.   

161 Alfreton Road

Let to Andy David who has opened a shop selling Caribbean clothing and memorabilia.  The deal agreed is for a five year lease at a rate of £13.64 per ft² and £2,400 for the three bed flat above. The total rent payable is £8,100 per annum exclusive. 

175 Alfreton Road

Let to HT Estate Agents on a five year lease at a Zone A rent of £19.82 before incentives. The tenant is paying a rent of £7,100.
