According to the Estates Gazette (EG Radius), Chris Proctor and Anthony Barrowcliffe from FHP’s Industrial Team have been recognised in the Top 10 Most Active Agents in the industrial sector for deals recorded between 1^st January 2021 and 31^st December 2021.

Anthony Barrowcliffe finished as the first Most Active Agent in the UK with 69 deals and 295,887ft² transacted, with Chris Proctor the seventh Most Active Agent with 50 deals and 544,353ft² transacted. FHP Property Consultants were the only firm to field two agents in the top 10 for number of industrial transactions.
