UNIPOL MOVE INTO NEW HOME ON SHAKESPEARE STREET, NOTTINGHAM

Alan Pearson, Associate Director of FHP Property Consultants has let 28 Shakespeare Street to Unipol.  Unipol are an established student lettings and advice centre, who accredit student homes on behalf of landlords.

The company is relocating from offices within the Nottingham Trent University City Campus as part of the multimillion pound redevelopment of their facilities.

Shakespeare Street offers an excellent location for Unipol, situated adjacent to the City Campus and within an established student residential area.

Unipol have taken a new ten year lease subject to a rent review and tenant only break at year five.  Unipol are paying £28,000 per annum exclusive.  The unit comprises of 1,666ft² of accommodation.

The letting to Unipol completes the line up at the Shakespeare Street development undertaken by Guildhouse Properties, following the previous lettings to Tesco Express and Chunky Chicken.
