FHP are pleased to announce the letting of the two final remaining suites at 36 Regent Street, Nottingham to Granite House Management Ltd on behalf of long term clients.

The offices enable the company to expand into the UK from their already established base in Boston, Massachusetts.

The building is located in Nottingham’s highly regarded Professional Quarter and provides an attractive period office and medical building arranged over four floors.
