V4 WOOD FLOORING CELEBRATE THEIR OFFICIAL OPENING AT LANGHAM PARK, CASTLE DONINGTON

Acting on behalf of private clients FHP have recently completed a letting of Unit B3 Langham Park, Castle Donington to V4 Wood Flooring Limited. The 5,122ft² warehouse is V4 Wood Flooring Limited’s fifth in the UK and will become V4’s new Midlands distribution hub.

Lucinda Hancock of FHP who concluded the letting commented:

“I was thrilled that FHP were able to satisfy V4’s Midlands hub requirement at Castle Donington. This is fantastic news for the local area and we have since seen the final remaining unit marketed by FHP at Langham Park go under offer.”
