FHP’s commercial management team, along with EML Nottingham Limited and contractor, Office Innovations have successfully refurbished the reception and communal areas and have installed a new bike store for 40 bikes and showering facilities for tenants.

Works were completed over a 9-month period in 2022 and provides the building’s tenants with great facilities for a green alternative for their commute.

Simon Marlow, Property Management Surveyor at FHP Property Consultants said “the new reception area and communal stairwells look fantastic and have a nice clean, light, and airy feel. They have been re-designed to a luxury specification and the outcome is impressive. As well as improving the existing facilities, we have also added a bike store and showering facilities for our tenants to use to provide a greener, healthier alternative for their daily commute.”
