Property Management News

One of the newest landmarks in Nottingham City Centre – Waterfront Plaza is now being managed by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor.  McAleer & Rushe have appointed FHP to act as managing agents on this 357,000ft² mixed use regeneration scheme, which has changed the southern entrance into the Nottingham City Centre.

FHP will manage the service charges within the 110 residential apartments and the 74,000ft² office building, and administer the upkeep and maintenance of the external areas and piazza externally.

Rob Spencer commented, "We are delighted to have been appointed as managing agents for this exciting new scheme – this challenges FHP’s management skills to the full, as we have to keep 110 residential occupiers and up to 500 office workers happy with the standard of services that we provide!  Being one of the only agencies to provide a specialist residential service charge management service, was certainly one of the aspects which attracted McAleer & Rushe to appoint FHP to provide an all embracing service to such a large scheme".

This instruction follows a number of instructions that FHP have recently received, including a number of other high profile schemes within the area.
