FHP have brought to the market Sherwood Court, a self contained building of circa 21,000ft² let to Countrywide Estate Agents Limited at a rent of £249,300 per annum.

There are five years and four months unexpired on the lease which expires in October 2022 with the investment priced at £2,927,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 8% net of Purchaser’s costs.
