WEST COAST TO OPEN AT THE FOUR SEASONS SHOPPING CENTRE, MANSFIELD

Alan Pearson, Associate Director of FHP Property Consultants has let Unit 30 The Four Seasons Shopping Centre, Mansfield to West Coast Clothing.  West Coast have taken a new ten year lease subject to five yearly rent reviews at a commencing rent of £65,000 per annum exclusive. 

Unit 30 provides 1,536 ft² and occupies a prominent corner position adjacent to Topshop.  The Four Seasons Shopping Centre is anchored by Debenhams, Primark, Boots, River Island, JD Sports and Topshop and has an annual footfall of 9 million.

The letting to West Coast follows the recent deals to Internacionale, Collections and Virgin Media.

“We are delighted to have secured representation within The Four Seasons Shopping Centre, building on our previous store openings in Westfield Derby, Victoria Centre, Nottingham and The Idlewells Centre, Sutton in Ashfield.  We have added five stores in the last four months and a further three are scheduled to open in the next six weeks.  I am delighted to report that Christmas trading is up 8% on a like for like basis, with a further twelve stores planned for 2012.  The opening of our Four Seasons store is scheduled for late February/early March 2012”.
