Owners and developers of Ivanhoe Business Park at Ashby-de-la-Zouch, CWC Group have seen unprecedented success with this site over the last few years.  Having developed out office, industrial, warehouse and indeed even a day nursery on site, they are now pressing on with speculatively developing seven smaller trade counter or industrial/distribution buildings to add to the vitality of the park.

We have a real mix of occupiers at Castlewood ranging from household name distribution companies such as the Cooperative Group through to smaller manufacturing companies such as Midland Aerospace and now we have a further local occupier relocating to take advantage of the superb facilities and location we have on offer.

Following the expiry of the lease to the tenants of 1 and 2 Shipley Court, the landlords asked FHP Property Consultants to act on their behalf to market both units. FHP undertook a widespread marketing campaign and have secured the sale of both of these modern industrial units.

The buildings are situated on the Manners Industrial Estate in Ilkeston, Derbyshire and extend to some 2,920ft² each. Unit 1 was sold to an owner occupier, CBS Couriers, as part of their business expansion. Unit 2 was sold to a local investor and was subsequently re-let by FHP.
