Castlebridge Office Village is one of Nottingham’s success stories in the office sector over the past two years demonstrating the results that a quality refurbishment and proactive asset management strategy can have in proving sustained demand within the office sector within Nottingham.

Built in the late 1980s Castlebridge provides a 16 unit office campus of some 36,000ft² in Castle Marina on the fringe of the Nottingham City Centre.

The continued demand for Mercury Place in Central Leicester has been demonstrated by a creative asset management play completed by FHP Nottingham in conjunction with Gerald Eve as Managing Agents / Asset Managers of Mercury Place, the former Leicester Mercury Headquarters in Central Leicester.

Terms were agreed to take a surrender of part of the third floor from Amec Woodford and through negotiation a pre-letting was agreed to Imperial Corporate Events who are relocating from Charles Street in Leicester to make Mercury Place their new headquarters.

The letting of 8,180ft² with 16 car parking spaces is for a ten year lease incorporating a five year break.

Refurbishment of part of the ground floor is ongoing and FHP are just launching to the market a 2,900ft² suite which is fully refurbished.

FHP’s John Proctor concluded negotiations on behalf of HPPUT with the deal being agreed with James Phillips of APB who acted on behalf of Imperial.
