Acting on behalf of Rhys Davies Properties, Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants is delighted to announce the sale of 11 Glaisdale Drive, a 26,000 sq ft office and warehouse property located on Glaisdale Drive. The property has been acquired by Blue Whale Spa expanding their hot tub manufacturing import and export business from Basford.

“We were working with Blue Whale Spa’s requirement for some time whose business has gone from strength to strength over the last five years. Finding premises to service their expansion however was tricky. We put a strategy together on 11 Glaisdale Drive, whereby they could remodel these former Capita offices on Glaisdale Drive for both warehousing and distribution uses while retaining much of the office content for their purposes. I’m delighted that Blue Whale Spa can now move forwards with their expansion”.
