4 ACRE HINCKLEY ACQUISITION BY FHP

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor, acting on behalf of a private syndicate, have acquired a 4 acre site on Rugby Road in Hinckley from H Flude & Co (Hinckley) Limited

The site has been marketed by GVA Grimley Limited. FHP negotiated a 3 month option agreement and the site was subsequently purchased on an unconditional basis at a price substantially  below the asking price.

David Hargreaves confirmed that a planning application would be submitted in due course for a mixed use scheme that may include family housing, apartments, a hotel, offices and business space. 

FHP represented the purchaser throughout the negotiations, with GVA Grimley acting on behalf of the vendor.
