FHP TO SELL 23 ACRE MIXED USE SCHEME IN LEEK

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been instructed on behalf of Churnet Works Limited to sell a 23 acre development site in Leek, Staffordshire.

David Hargreaves, who is handling the instruction, confirmed that there is strong interest in the site from the likes of Sainsburys, Tesco and ASDA, who are all without representation in this Staffordshire market town.

He commented:  “Conditional offers, subject to planning, are being sought for the site which is ideal for a mixed use scheme, encompassing retail, leisure, residential, office and business uses.  We expect to achieve on a subject to planning basis a price in the region of £7 million.”
