Acting on behalf of private client’s, FHP have disposed of the former Blidworth Miners Welfare site at Mansfield Road, Blidworth.  The welfare which was closed in the 1990’s has fallen into disrepair having planning consent for conversion to 16 apartments.  The property lies on a site of approximately 0.77 acres.  The property has been sold to Blue Sky Care Limited, part of the Dunmar Group for £275,000 for use as two adult care homes.
