Acting on behalf of Betfred, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has negotiated a new lease of 22a East Street, Derby for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £50,000 per annum subject to incentives.

The ground floor only unit containing 1,310ft² occupies a prime location opposite the Crown Walk entrance to the Westfield Centre.

Mark Bradley, who acted for Betfred, commented:-

“This is the second unit which Betfred have opened in the city centre, with their other branch being at 15 Market Place which I also acquired for my clients in 2005.  The new unit on East Street occupies a busy location within the shopping core of the city and compliments the Market Place branch in terms of coverage of the city centre.”

Betfred boss Fred Done added:-

“I am delighted to be opening another shop in Derby and I look forward to giving punters in the area better value and a bit of fun as well.”
