Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have let 3 units within The Riverlights development in Derby to GT News Limited trading as SPAR Europa.

David Hargreaves commented: “We are delighted to have secured this letting to GT News who will trade as SPAR Europa.   This letting of 3 units totalling 5,060 sq ft at a rent of £105,000 per annum will provide the 12 million potential bus users with just about everything they need including newspapers, sandwiches, ready-made meals and hot and cold drinks ."

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acted for the landlord, Derby Riverlights Limited, with Newbould Commercial Limited of Sheffield acting for GT News Limited.
