A letting to Valley CIDS has been completed at Unit 1, 6-10 Albert Street, Derby, which is within the Cathedral Quarter Business Improvement District of the city centre, by Fisher Hargreaves Proctor acting on behalf of Aureus Property Ltd.

The unit which contains 962ft² ground floor sales together with 658ft² first floor ancillary accommodation was let for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £28,000 per annum subject to initial incentives and a tenant break option at the end of the fifth year.

Mark Bradley, who acted for the landlord, jointly with Savills of Leeds, commented:-

“It was particularly pleasing to secure a letting to Valley CIDS within a relatively short time of FHP being appointed as joint agents.  Our client’s block of retail units fronting Albert Street and Osnabruck Square is now fully let and other tenants include Brighthouse and Laura Ashley.  The unit will trade under the Lighthouse fascia retailing furniture and clothing for the charity organisation.”
