Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have completed the letting of 21 Bridge Place, Worksop to Men’s Designer Clothing t/a Pride.

The property has a ground floor accommodation of 510 ft² with 550 ft² of ancillary storage to the upper floors.

The letting consisted of a five year lease to Richard McHugh t/a Pride at a rent of £16,000 per annum.  The deal showed some secondary stock is movable in certain locations.  It equated to a headline Zone A rental of £39.62 which is very good for this particular location.

Chris Lunn of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented:-

“This is a very good letting for Bridge Place and I am sure they will trade well from the property.  I am delighted that we have achieved a good operator in quick time since being appointed joint agents in October”.

Richard McHugh, former Partner of one of Retford’s main designer clothing stores, Emporium, commented:-

“I thought it was time to move on and go into business solo after selling my half of Emporium.  I am very happy with the store and we are already looking to expand into ladies wear using the upper floor space”.
