Cardzone Ltd t/a Paper Kisses continue their expansion programme with their first acquisition for 2011 being 74 Goodramgate, York.
The premises are a former Card Warehouse unit containing approximately 1,132ft² ground floor sales and were acquired on a new 10 year lease at a rent of £37,500 per annum subject to an initial rent free period.
Mark Bradley of FHP, who represented Cardzone, commented:-
“The property was still fitted out as a card shop with suspended ceiling and slat board panel walling which obviously reduced the shop fitting costs involved and it was ready for immediate trading subject to re-badging.
This is the first completion of a number of acquisitions in the pipeline for the first half of 2011 as the programme of steady expansion continues.”
