Acting on behalf of Cardzone Ltd, Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has negotiated a new lease of Unit 10 Sinfin Centre, Derby for a term of 10 years at a commencing rent of £17,500 per annum subject to rent free incentives.
The unit which comprises 795ft² is located at the Asda supermarket site at Sinfin and trades as Paper Kisses.
Mark Bradley, who acted for Cardzone, commented:-
“The Sinfin Centre was identified as an ideal target location for my client’s business due to the high volume of footfall to the supermarket and the large catchment population of the adjoining residential area. Further acquisitions adjacent to supermarket sites are under consideration as part of the ongoing expansion programme for Cardzone.”
