As the year draws to a close, activity and demand in the manufacturing and distribution sector throughout the East Midlands continues with no sign of demand for storage and production space in the region diminishing.

It’s always incredibly difficult to find good quality space on a large site so hopefully, as a new lease is available on what will be a really good building, we should be able to generate interest quickly and agree a new lease in the not-too-distant future.
