Dove Valley Park is a major 200-acre employment park situated at the centre of one of the country’s most important manufacturing areas. Its position on the A50, just 12 miles west of Derby, provides access to the North West, West Midlands and the East Midlands all within a one-hour drive time. Current occupiers on the site include JCB, GXO, Uniphar, MEG and Truma.
Two units developed as part of the Axis Portfolio by Hines, a leading global real estate investment manager, were let in September. DVP 196 and 152, comprising 195,678ft² and 152,728ft², provide new, high class industrial and logistics space and have been let together to a third party logistics firm. This follows the letting of DVP 113 to Uniphar in 2025.
Both units have been leased to Super Smart Service on new 15-year leases.
