FHP ACQUIRE PREMISES FOR ALL THINGS CHOCOLATE AT WESTFIELD, DERBY

Alan Pearson, Associate Partner of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor has acquired premises on behalf of All Things Chocolate at Westfield, Derby a £340 million extension to the former Eagle Centre, anchored by Debenhams and Marks & Spencer.  The premises comprise of a unit of 1,133ft².

Alan Pearson of Fisher Hargreaves Proctor commented, “All Things Chocolate Provide a unique coffee shop and handmade chocolate offer and following their successful opening of their Nottingham store Fisher Hargreaves Proctor were instructed to seek additional premises at Westfield Derby which provided a great opportunity for All Things Chocolate to expand their presence in the region.”

Philip Ahn of All Things Chocolate commented, “After the success of our units in Beeston and Nottingham I was keen to acquire a third unit and sought a shopping centre location to pilot our next generation store.  Westfield Derby provides an existing opportunity to expand in the region and share our passion for handmade chocolates with a wider audience.”
