FHP APPOINTED ON FIRE SERVICES ASSET VALUATION

The FHP Valuation Department in conjunction with FHP Blue Light Estates is delighted to announce the recent instructions to value a Portfolio of properties each on behalf of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, for accounts purposes.

The Asset Valuations comprises a full Portfolio of 22 properties and a sample Portfolio of 7 properties respectively.

Cameron Butler, Head of Valuation commented:-

“Both the portfolios provided for a mixture of building types ranging from a Grade II Listed extensive City Centre station, modern state of the art stations with community facilities to smaller semi rural sites, in a variety of locations across the East Midlands region.
