FHP APPOINTED TO SELL THE LIZARD LOUNGE

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor have been instructed by Andy Bentley to bring to the market the Lizard Lounge late night bar and club, in The Lace Market in Nottingham.

David Hargreaves, who is handling the instruction with Steve Young confirmed that the property has traded as a night club for more than 25 years and has recently been upgraded at a cost in excess of £200,000.

The club is held on a lease at a rent of £48,500 per annum and is available as a going concern with premium offers in the region of £450,000 required.

Andy Bentley commented: “ The Lizard Lounge is a very well known established Night Club with a great reputation throughout the country, catering for the more discerning clientele.
