FHP COMPLETE SPECIALIST LETTING AT HARRIMANS COURT

Fisher Hargreaves Proctor are delighted to announce that they have successfully secured a second letting at Harrimans Court on the Lenton Lane Industrial Estate in Nottingham.  The Wheel Specialists have taken a five year lease on a 3,100ft² unit at £19,000 per annum exclusive.

This is the second letting to have completed on the estate since the development was completed in June at approximately £6.12 per sq ft which is also in line with the previous letting achieved.

The Wheel Specialists, the new tenant operate as specialist wheel refurbishers and have been refurbishing alloy wheels for over 25 years throughout the UK and intend to open this latest branch within the next few months.”
