During the first six weeks of 2017, FHP Property Consultants have completed two lettings at Amber Business Centre, Riddings, Alfreton.

Amber Business Centre is a multi-tenanted industrial estate comprising a mix of units from 700ft² to 55,000ft². Unit 17.1, which extends to 700ft² has been let to Central Hydraulics for a term of five years at £6.50 per ft². Unit 15.13 has been let to Automatic Refreshments and measures 2,906ft².
