FHP acting on behalf of a Private Property Company have completed the letting of the former Nottingham Building Society premises at 5/13 Upper Parliament Street to Wendy’s who opened prior to Xmas.
David Hargreaves who negotiated the letting confirmed that Wendy’s have a 15 year lease without break at a rent of £135,000.
The Restaurant provides 4,300 sq ft of accommodation at Ground Floor and 4,800 sq ft in the Basement.
Hargreaves said “This is a brilliant location for Wendy’s opposite Popeyes and close to KFC and McDonald’s, just off Clumber Street and opposite the entrance to the Victoria Centre. The restaurant trades until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays.”
FHP acted for the Landlord, with Richard Shuttleworth of Pudney Shuttleworth of Leeds acting for Wendy’s. Lisa Poole of Gunner Cooke provided legal advice to the Landlord.
